Cycle-Synced Fasting NEW
Cycle-Aware AI OFF
AI automatically adjusts your fasting window based on your cycle phase — shorter during menstrual/luteal, longer during follicular/ovulatory. Based on Dr. Mindy Pelz's hormonal fasting research.
Perimenopause Mode OFF
For users 45+ whose hormonal patterns are less predictable. Uses wider safety margins and capped adjustments. Never extends past 18:6. Turn on if your cycles have become irregular.
No dark patterns here. These toggles are first-class features — not buried, not guilt-tripped. If AI coaching isn't for you, Timer-Only is a legitimate way to use Circafast forever.
